Alma, I think a couple of the methods we read about this week might help you focus your questionnaire for the service center staff. From reading your previous discussion board posts, it sounds like your staff was given initial training but has not been supported enough to continue with online course development. A Delphi method or Nominal Group Technique might work for getting to the heart of the issues your staff is having. After compiling your results, you could then form another action research plan around a question like, "How can we effectively support our staff in the creation of online professional development courses?" and make an action plan from there for actually providing the support that is needed.
